Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 for orders under $100, and free for orders of $100+ to the Lower 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated during checkout based on the total weight of items ordered. At this time we do not ship elsewhere. In stock items normally ship within 2 business days. All shipments will be sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking. Questions regarding shipments that have been scanned as delivered will be referred to the carrier, and Jalugo is not responsible for shipments after carrier tracking has confirmed delivery.

You may return most new (same condition as sent including original tags still attached), unopened items within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% cancellation fee (waived if refunded in store credit). Open products are not eligible for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received the wrong item), in which case a prepaid return label will be issued. Original shipping expenses are non-refundable.

If a product price is lowered within 14 days of purchase, a price adjustment is available in the form of store credit upon request within that timeframe. Coupon code discounts do not apply.
